The Vape Mall sells vaping and e-cigarette products to adults only. Federal law sets the minimum age to purchase tobacco and vapor products at 21, and every order placed with us must pass age verification before it ships. By law we cannot make exceptions.
How age verification works
Age verification has been required by the FDA for vape and e-cigarette transactions since August 8, 2016. When you place an order, your information is checked electronically by a trusted third-party verification service before your order is prepared for shipment. For most customers this happens automatically in the background and you never have to do a thing.
If we can’t verify your age automatically
In some cases the third-party service cannot confirm your age from the information on file. When that happens, we may contact you by phone and/or email to request additional information, such as:
- A photo of your driver’s license or state-issued ID, along with a selfie; and/or
- Other details needed to complete the verification.
You may black out any sensitive personal information on your ID — we only need to see the photo, your date of birth, and your address. We will only ever contact you from cs@thevapemall.com, and we will only ask you to send information back to that same address. If you receive a request that does not come from that address, it is not from us.
Adult signature on delivery
Some orders may also require an adult signature (21+) at delivery. Please make sure someone of legal age is available to receive the package.
Please check your messages
If we need more information, your order cannot ship until we hear back from you. Please keep an eye on your email inbox (including spam/junk folders) and your voicemail after ordering — responding quickly is the fastest way to get your order on its way. Orders that cannot be age-verified will be canceled and refunded.
